Shipping and returns

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it, in black or white PLA. Shipping time is 5–7 working days. Faster shipping is available on request: ask us in the chat.

Shipping

• ₹99 per order, anywhere in India, by Speed Post.
• ₹50 off each extra item in the same order.
• Very large or heavy parcels get a shipping price in the chat before you pay.
• We send you the tracking number on WhatsApp once it's posted.

If it arrives damaged

Send us a photo or video of the parcel and the item on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Returns and cancellations

• You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing.
• Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns of undamaged items.
• Print your own jobs are made from your file, so they can't be returned. If we made a mistake, we'll reprint it.

What a 3D print looks like

3D prints show fine horizontal layer lines and small marks where supports were removed. Photos on this site are coloured to show black or white filament, so your print will look slightly different. Hand-coloured details are done by hand, and each one is a little different.
